The BACE1 specific peptide was immobilised on nitrocellulose at concentrations of 10nM, 100nM and 200nM, respectively and introduced to a solution of APP substrate and BACE1. Quantification of mean fluorescence (a) represents the amount of APP cleavage. Percentage of APP cleavage reduction (b) signifies the BACE1 activity after incubation with the immobilised peptide.
